About Trivet
Trivet at 36 Snowsfields in Bermondsey SE1 is a joint venture between chef Jonny Lake and master sommelier Isa Bal, both veterans of Heston Blumenthal's three-Michelin-starred Fat Duck at Bray. They opened Trivet in 2019 and it has become one of South London's most celebrated restaurants. The approach is an informal take on fine dining — technically brilliant cooking without the stiffness — with a wine list that Hot Dinners describes as "truly epic" and covers the globe. On Monday evenings the attached wine bar opens special bottles and serves light bites. Bermondsey Street, where Trivet is located, has become one of London's most concentrated food and drink destinations, home to José Pizarro's tapas bar and restaurant, Hawksmoor, and the Bermondsey Beer Mile of craft breweries.
