Duck and Waffle at 110 Bishopsgate in the City of London EC2 is one of London's most spectacular restaurants: a 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week brasserie on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower, with floor-to-ceiling windows giving panoramic views across the City of London. The signature dish — crispy duck leg confit on two pillowy waffles with mustard maple syrup — is described by Time Out as "a classic for a reason."
