Bellanger

Bellanger is a grand all-day French brasserie on Islington Green from the Wolseley Hospitality Group -- the team behind The Wolseley and Brasserie Zédel -- and one of the landmark restaurants of the Angel and Islington area. Listed in the Michelin Guide 2026, the inspector describes a restaurant where "awnings stretching over the pavement and walls festooned with classic posters" give "the feel of a Parisian grand café," while the cooking "speaks with more of a southern French accent, its Mediterranean inspirations sitting alongside the ubiquitous French classics like coq au vin or beef Bourguignon."
