Josephine Restaurant

Josephine on Fulham Road in Chelsea SW3 is Claude and Lucy Bosi's French bistro that Hot Dinners named one of 2024's most successful new openings. Claude Bosi is the chef behind two-Michelin-starred Bibendum at the Michelin House. Josephine is his love letter to the French bistro: heavy red velvet curtains, dangling lanterns, buttery frog legs, mustardy tarragon sauce on rabbit, hand-embroidered curtains bearing the name Josephine, and scarlet Js imprinted on each plate. The Infatuation calls it "a French spot that makes you feel like a giddy, lovestruck teenager." Named for Napoleon's Empress Josephine — the most fashionable woman in Europe during the First Empire.
