Pan Asia trades from a corner unit on Alexander Street, in the residential streets running off the Hilltown into central Stobswell. The shop is a full-card Chinese takeaway with a delivery setup pitched at the wider city — a long online menu, presence on the main aggregators and the shop's own ordering platform — and a Stobswell collection trade for the immediate Alexander Street and Ann Street closes. The premises previously traded as Hon's, and the current Pan Asia operation took the unit on with the same broad Cantonese carry-out focus.

The munchy-box section is one of the larger ones in the city, which has built a steady late-night trade alongside the standard chow mein, fried rice, curry sauces, salt and pepper and sweet and sour combinations.
