Marmaris at Craigshill Shopping Mall is part of the same operation as Marmaris Livingston (now also running as Sal's East Calder), all operated by Salih Calis. The menu is a broad all-day affair: flame-grilled burgers, Italian pasta, Turkish doner and shish kebabs, sizzling fish and chips, freshly made pizzas, hoagies, oven-baked calzones, and baked potatoes. The range reflects a Turkish-Italian-chippy hybrid model that has become common in Scottish new-town precincts, designed to maximise order variety. Marmaris stays open into the small hours across the week, making it one of the later-trading options in Craigshill and a genuine go-to for late-night orders in the precinct.
