Almost everything from the fryer is listed twice, as a single or as a supper, the Scottish convention that decides whether chips come with it. Within that fish and chips board sit fried pizza by the half or whole, king rib, black and white pudding, haggis pudding and jumbo haggis, alongside rump steak and homemade steak pie. Haggis turns up twice more: as a baked potato filling and as the Scots Haggis Pizza. The pizza list itself runs three sizes across toppings that lean local, chicken pakora, chicken tikka, smoked sausage, doner and a Marmaris Special. A Turkish section handles shish, shashlik and kofte kebabs plus a mixed kebab built for two, and those fillings reappear in hoagie wraps. Less expected is the depth elsewhere: nine homemade pasta sauces, each offered on spaghetti or penne, and a twenty-strong salad board running to asparagus with smoked salmon, avocado with feta, and dolma sarma.
