Brasserie Constance at Fulham Pier is chef Adam Byatt's major new opening of 2025, in the Fulham Pier riverside development beside Craven Cottage, Fulham FC's ground on the Thames. Byatt built Trinity in Clapham into one of South London's most celebrated restaurants over nearly two decades. Hot Dinners featured Brasserie Constance as one of 2025's major openings. The Thames riverside location offers spectacular views, and Byatt's classically-grounded modern British cooking brings the same quality that made Trinity a South London landmark to a much grander riverside setting.
