Arlington at 20 Arlington Street in St James's SW1 is Jeremy King's triumphant 2024 comeback restaurant — Le Caprice reborn. Giles Coren wrote the food is "great, just great"; Jimi Famurewa praised the restaurant that lets you "party like it's 1989." Grace Dent wrote: it "ain't broke, and neither is its clientele." It is essentially Le Caprice in all but name — the beloved St James's restaurant that King co-founded and that defined a certain kind of glamorous, comfortable London dining for four decades. Hot Dinners named it one of the best new openings of 2024. A-list celebrities filled the room during its opening weeks.
