YO Sushi in Camden NW1 is a branch of the kaiten conveyor belt sushi chain founded in London in 1997 by Simon Woodroffe. YO Sushi introduced the conveyor belt sushi concept to Britain, revolutionising how Londoners encountered Japanese food.
