Hawksmoor St Pancras opened in November 2025 inside the St Pancras London hotel on Euston Road. It is the latest addition to the Hawksmoor group, which has been Britain''s most celebrated steak restaurant company since Will Beckett and Huw Gott opened the first branch in Spitalfields in 2006. The Good Food Guide reported the opening in November 2025. St Pancras International — the Victorian Gothic masterpiece designed by George Gilbert Scott and home to the Eurostar terminal — provides one of the most spectacular settings in London. Hawksmoor''s signature dry-aged British beef, long drinks list and strong cocktail programme are served in this extraordinary station hotel, within the same building as the iconic Chambers Bar that features in the Spice Girls' Wannabe video.
