Most of the sauces are made in-house from scratch rather than worked up from a single base gravy, which is the line the shop pushes on its own ordering site and is consistent with the fresh-tasting reports in Restaurantji and TripAdvisor write-ups. Service runs from early evening through to late, with online ordering through the shop's own site as well as the usual aggregator platforms, and the central-Grimsby location means delivery reaches into the East Marsh, the Docks ward and out towards Cleethorpe Road without difficulty.
