Slice and Dough

Slice and Dough is a sourdough pizzeria on High Road Leyton -- a new opening that announced itself via the Leytonstoner newsletter (E10's most widely read food and drink guide) when it exclusively revealed its opening date. The restaurant made an immediate impression on the local pizza scene, polling 11% in the Leytonstoner best pizza category for 2025 in its first year, alongside established operators such as Yard Sale, Short Road and Bocca Bocca.

The menu centres on sourdough pizzas made with a long-fermented dough for maximum flavour and digestibility, with a selection of classic and creative toppings. A welcome independent pizzeria addition to Leyton High Road, a street that is steadily improving its independent food offer. Open for lunch and dinner. Delivery available.
