Golden Flower is the long-running Chinese takeaway on the Lochside parade in the outer-Dumfries housing district just north of the river, a few doors along from the Lochside fish-and-chip shop and within easy walking distance of the surrounding estates. Prices sit at the lower end of what Dumfries Chinese takeaways charge and portions are generous enough that two dishes will usually stretch across three people.
