Caspian Kebab and Pizza Line trades from a small unit on Scotts Street, a residential stretch a short walk from Annan's town centre and the High Street shopping core. The shop is one of the town's Turkish-and-pizza hybrid takeaways — the classic small-town format where one kitchen turns out doner and shish kebab, pizzas, burgers, wraps and pakora out of the same line, covering most of the casual evening trade in one menu.

The kebab list runs across doner, shish, mixed grill and donair-style wraps, the pizza list covers hand-stretched bases in standard sizes with the usual toppings, and the burger and chicken side fills out the rest. Pakora, garlic bread and dips appear on the starters, and chips are a staple side. The shop holds a Pass on its most recent Food Standards Scotland inspection.

Trade is collection and delivery rather than dine-in, with the late-evening shift one of the busier periods, particularly at weekends when other Annan shops have shut their doors.
