Etwall Balti

This isn't about the quality if the food as I can't taste it due to it not turning up!!! 2 hours and my food still isn't here. I called and called and finally got through. To be told another 30min. I could understand if I was ordering a meal for 30 people. Bit it was just my wife and I!!!! Poor poor service. Poor attitude. And I don't appreciate being lied too by members of staff!! I used to use etwal balti loads but to be honest I will never use them again!!
