Gurkha Kitchen on George Street is the first Nepalese takeaway in the north-east of Scotland — a halal Nepalese-Indian shop with a strong online profile across Tripadvisor, Yelp UK (refreshed May 2025), Wheree, Wanderlog, Just Eat, Restaurant Guru and Deliveroo (Central Aberdeen).

The menu pairs Nepalese specialities — momos, dal bhat, the lentil-based curries — with the broader Indian regional curry range, served in generous portions. Hours: Mon 4pm-10pm, closed Tue, Wed-Thu 4pm-10pm, Fri-Sat 4pm-10:15pm, Sun 4pm-10pm.
