The signature board is where this kitchen puts its personality: twenty-five bases running well past the familiar into Naga Delight, Shatkora, Shobuz Masala, Rezella, Roshni, Padina, Chutputi, Hari Mirchi Bhuna, Zafrani Balti and Balti Plaza, each written out across every protein. Above it sits a shorter house list that is more interesting still — duck bhuna, Nizami gosht, machli saag, chingri bhuna, jhal jinga and a cocktail jalfrezi. Fish turns up repeatedly for a menu of this type, as machli fillet tikka from the tandoor, a machli fish tikka starter and fish pakora. The supporting sections refuse to be perfunctory: eighteen rices including anarosh, ghee, chilli and keema, and eighteen breads taking in kulcha, garlic keema and a cheese and chilli nan. Starters are largely puri and pakora based, with hot chicken and hot lamb puree listed separately from the milder versions.
