Kebabs are presented four different ways here, and the vehicle matters as much as the filling: with chips, folded into pitta, laid on naan, or rolled in a tortilla. Masala fish runs through all of them, appearing on naan, in pitta and with chips, and again as a starter, as a grill and as a king-size special — an unusual amount of attention for one ingredient. The pizzas number around fifty at nine inches, and several are drawn straight from the curry pans: chicken balti, keema achar, keema masala, chicken tikka masala and Apna style, next to Death By Pepperoni, British Bulldog and Tucos Revenge. Traditional curries and a mixed dishes column pairing meat with spinach, channa, peas or potatoes back them up. Puddings are firmly British — jam roly poly, cornflake tart, sticky toffee and carrot cake, with custard available to pour over.
