The kitchen grinds its own spices, uses no artificial colourings or additives, and applies the slow, careful method that distinguishes proper subcontinental cooking from the cook-to-a-formula approach. Customers flag the chicken and spinach balti, lamb tikka, and a well-considered vegetarian menu as particular strengths.
