Baba Ganosh is a Middle Eastern takeaway on Lord Street, close to Huddersfield's Piazza central square. The menu is one of the few in HD1 centred on falafel, hummus and baba ganoush — the smoked aubergine dip that gives the place its name — making it a rare genuinely vegetarian and vegan-friendly option in a town-centre dominated by meat-heavy South Asian and fried-chicken takeaways.
