The headline dish is his own-recipe crispy aromatic duck — the whole bird prepared in-house and consistently cited in reviews as the main reason customers return. Unlike many comparable takeaways, duck and chicken are bought in and prepared on site rather than sourced ready-cooked. Everything is made from scratch to order with Mr Chung's own spiced batters and traditional Cantonese sauces.
