About The Viceroy
The Viceroy occupies a small unit at Mariners Court — the pedestrianised parade tucked off the run between the Aire Street pubs and the railway-station side of Goole — and serves Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine across collection and delivery. The site previously traded under the Bilash name and the same kitchen team have carried the menu through the rebrand to The Viceroy. The food is kept halal across the menu.
The list runs the standard Indian-and-Bangladeshi range — bhuna, dopiaza, jalfrezi and balti dishes, a tandoori section, biryanis, plus the usual rice and naan accompaniments. Delivery covers central Goole and out toward the surrounding villages on a modest delivery minimum. The shop opens for the evening service through to late, and the regulars tend to be the local Indian-takeaway trade rather than the casual passing footfall — Mariners Court sits a step off the main run, which suits the family-order pattern that the Viceroy has built up.
