Moo Lab

Moo Lab is one of central Doncaster's two main specialist dessert operators, trading from Young Street since 2017 and working the same niche the Silver Street Addiction shop fills further up the town. The board centres on cheesecakes and tiramisu by the slice, fudge cakes, fresh-from-scratch waffles built off the operator's own recipe, giant brownies baked in house, doughnuts across the standard flavours and gelato sundaes — three scoops of gelato cascading with sauces, whipped cream and toppings as the recurring signature.

Milkshake making sits as the original specialism the shop opened on, and trades through alongside the dessert counter under the Delivamoo branding the shop uses on Facebook. Online ordering runs through Uber Eats, Just Eat and Foodhub alongside walk-in trade, with the evening-only trading pattern (5pm through to late) fitting the after-cinema and post-meal dessert catchment the format works to. The Young Street position keeps the shop just off the main central Doncaster walking lines, in a quieter trading position than the parade-fronting competition.
