Chiraag is the Indian takeaway on Stainforth's Church Road, sitting close to the Star Pizza unit in the small parade that anchors the village centre. The board runs the full curry-house range — balti, masala, korma, bhuna, jalfrezi, dhansak and madras sections, tandoori starters, a biryani range, vegetarian options — and bridges into the pizza and burger format that has become the South Yorkshire village-takeaway standard, with calzones and a southern-fried chicken section alongside the curries. Aggregated reviewer scores sit at four-and-a-half out of five across more than two hundred ratings on the major directories, with the photographic reviews repeatedly picking out the chicken tikka masala, the lamb bhuna and the value on the meal-deal combinations. The shop holds a current Doncaster Council food-hygiene rating from its July 2024 inspection. Halal-certified.
