Slow-cooked birria lamb is the through-line, and the kitchen runs it through seven formats, appearing as tacos, burritos, fajitas, a quesadilla, nachos, loaded fries and a rice bowl before turning up again in a Birria Burger and a birria munch box. The rest of the Mexican side covers tacos in twos and threes, quesadillas, huevos rancheros and loaded rice bowls, with tinga and BBQ chipotle running as parallel fillings through the cartel-themed sharing trays. Burgers form a second front in the Nacho Stacker, Mac Daddy, Hot Shot Tower, Fiery Feta and an Al Pastor haddock, matched by a set of dirty dawgs. Bottomless tacos and bottomless wings sit next to three named eating challenges. Tots and fries get loaded seven ways beside Mexican corn on the cob and halloumi fries, and there are twenty-three dips, from queso and guacamole to mango habanero. Unusually for a takeaway there is a full coffee bar, with cortado, flat white, chai and Biscoff lattes to pair with cinnamon, Biscoff and chocolate-filled churros.
