Curries are filed by protein rather than by style, so chicken, lamb, seafood and vegetable each get a section of equal weight — and the vegetable one is the longest, running from dal makhani and dal tadka through kadai paneer, matar paneer and paneer butter masala to aloo gobi, chana masala, saag aloo, lady's finger curry and a South Indian pineapple curry. That southern accent recurs elsewhere: Chicken 65 and Gobi 65 both appear, along with gobi Manchurian, chilli paneer and fish moolie. Seafood is handled seriously for a Bradford takeaway, with salmon curry, prawn moolie, prawn masala and prawn bhuna. Biryani stretches to seven versions including keema in both lamb and chicken, plus fish, prawn and paneer. Starters split veg and non-veg in near-equal depth — murgh malai kebab, lamb chops and chicken lollipop on one list, paneer tikka, onion bhaji and mixed vegetable pakoda on the other. Burgers and noodles sit at the edges for anyone not eating curry.
