Duck is the giveaway here. Where most curry houses stop at chicken, lamb and prawn, the traditional grid extends a sixth column — bhuna, pathia, karai chilli, rogan, jalfrezi, madras, korma, dupiaza, dhansak, saag, vindaloo and balti are each available with duck, and it reappears as Duck Massala among the tandoori masalas and Duck Tikka on the starter card. That single choice makes a 72-dish section feel less routine than its size suggests. The kitchen's own writing shows up under Chefs Signature Dishes: Bukhara Special, Murghi Handi Laziz, Chilli Chukka, Chicken 65, a slow-cooked lamb shank and a Naga Chilli carrying the menu's heaviest heat marking. Seafood is small but deliberate — masala sea bass, jinga salan, tandoori salmon tikka. Rice deserves a look too, running past pilau into lemon, coconut, tomato and mushroom fried. Vegetarians get their own starter list and eleven side dishes, with asparagus an unusual entry alongside the expected saag aloo and bombay aloo.
