Hereford Road at 3 Hereford Road in Bayswater W2 is a British restaurant that has quietly built a reputation as one of West London's most dependable neighbourhood restaurants since opening in 2007. Chef-patron Tom Pemberton worked at St John under Fergus Henderson before opening his own place in this converted Victorian butcher's shop. The menu changes twice daily and is rooted in the St John tradition of nose-to-tail British cooking: offal, secondary cuts, seasonal produce handled with skill and honesty. Hardens has praised it consistently. Bayswater W2 has one of the most ethnically diverse restaurant communities in London, with Lebanese, Chinese, Malaysian and Indian restaurants clustered around Queensway.
