Naga chilli runs like a thread through this Birmingham kitchen — it turns up as a Traditional Dish, in the Raj Naga Special and Shatkora Naga Special among the Chefs Specialities, as a Naga Roll wrapped in nan, as a Naga Paratha Roll, as a pickle, and even on naga hot chips. That willingness to carry one ingredient across every section is what separates the menu from a standard curry-house list. Baltis get their own garlic-and-chilli grid, worked through keema, panir, king prawn and a Tropical version. The rolls are the other quirk: nan and paratha both used as wrappers for sheekh kebab and chicken tikka. A full grill board sits alongside the curries — T-bone, rib eye and sirloin steaks, salmon steak, seabass, tandoori lamb chops — plus a range of omelettes, which is closer to a café list than a takeaway one. Bengali touches appear in the house specialities with Beef Shatkora and Gram Bangla.
