Everything on this menu is numbered, which makes a large board quick to order from — and the numbering runs past 150. Noodles and rice are the anchor, and nearly every one is offered in a standard or large portion, so chow mein and fried rice in chicken, beef, roast pork, shrimp, king prawn and mushroom each appear twice on the page. Seafood is the strongest section: king prawn worked through Szechuan, Kung Po, black bean, yellow bean and spicy salt and pepper, plus mussels in sweet chilli, fish in Szechuan sauce and fried squid.
