Halloumi behaves like a third meat here. It turns up grilled or fried in the gyros, as halloumi fries and a halloumi fries wrap, inside chicken, doner and lamb shish wraps at both sizes, in a halloumi roll and a salad kebab, and stacked onto quarter and half pound burgers with bacon or chicken fillet. The sides list is the biggest section on the whole menu, larger even than the kebabs — brie bites, mac and cheese bites, chilli cheese nuggets, breaded jalapeños, garlic mushrooms by the ten or fifteen, curly fries with parmesan, sucuk, and pots of houmous, tzatziki, chipotle, piri piri and blue cheese. Turkish roots show in the lahmacun, offered plain or topped with lamb doner, chicken doner, chicken shish or kofte, and in baklava for dessert. Vegetarians and vegans get real options rather than an afterthought: homemade falafel kebabs and wraps, a falafel burger, a vegan box and vegan nuggets.
