Four In One at Portdownie has a claim to being one of Camelon's most original food ideas: when Harry Dhillon opened the original outlet in 1986, the concept of offering Indian, Italian, Turkish, and American fast food from a single counter was genuinely novel. The Portdownie premises sit close to the Forth & Clyde Canal, part of the same Camelon canalside that leads toward the Falkirk Wheel. The multi-cuisine format — kebabs, Indian curries, pizza, burgers — remains the defining feature, allowing a single takeaway to satisfy a group with very different tastes. Online ordering is available and the kitchen runs into the late evening. A Camelon original that has outlasted most of its contemporaries.
