About The Korai King
The Korai King in Vauxhall SW8 is an Indian restaurant. The korai — the pressed-steel karahi wok brought to Britain by Pakistani immigrants in the 1970s, giving its name to karahi dishes in which lamb or chicken is cooked rapidly at high heat with tomatoes, garlic and coriander.
