The restaurant serves traditional Ethiopian food: injera flatbread, doro wat (chicken stewed with berbere spice and hard-boiled egg), tibs (pan-fried spiced meat), misir (spiced red lentils), gomen (collard greens) and the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony, one of the most elaborate coffee rituals in the world.
