Bengali cooking surfaces in the corners of this menu. Two whole-fish dishes, Ayre or Boal and Rupchanda, sit in a section of their own; shatkora, the citrus used in Sylheti kitchens, gets four dishes across lamb, chicken, prawn and king prawn; shorisha brings mustard to the same four; and podina does it with mint. Starters are split into vegetarian and non-vegetarian, with saag rolls, chana chaat and mushroom pakora on one side, king prawn butterfly and chicken chaat on the other.
