Tucked among the bigger headings is one called Special Staff Curry — chicken achari, saag ghosht, lamb balti, murgh mussalam, lamb karahi — presumably what the kitchen cooks for itself, offered to customers too. Elsewhere the curries are grouped by strength rather than by meat, and the middle band is the deepest: Tikka Nantara, Malaydar, Jallandri, Jaipuri, Nawabi, and one simply called Tandoori Express Style. The hot list adds Banjara, Lyallpuri, Handi, tikka salsa and South Indian garlic chilli. Then the menu changes register entirely — a Parmesans section offering chicken parmesan in Kiev, Sicilian and meat feast versions, a large pizza board that includes a chocolate pizza, plus calzones, hoagies, burgers, baked potatoes and a Fast Food column of loose curry sauces. Biryanis are spelled burryani throughout and run to a fish one.
