Korma gets its own section here, and it is not the usual single mild option: Kashmiri korma comes with mango or with sliced pineapple, and beside it sit Ceylonese, Punjabi, Parasee and a Goenese chilli korma, each across six proteins. The specials list is where the kitchen gets adventurous, with Aag Masala, Masander, Desi Murgh, Chursee Karahi, Burnt Green Curry, Himalayan Hot Pot, and an orange with chilli and chocolate sauce that is not a typo. Scotland shows up in the starters, where haggis appears as pakora, as samosa and in a vegetarian version, and where stuffed peppers are offered with chicken tikka bombay, garlic prawn, garlic mushroom, spicy mince tarka or mozzarella. Puri comes Bombay or Punjabi style with four fillings each. Chasni is on the classics grid, as you would expect this far north. Breads are worth a look too: chocolate and chilli naan, mozzarella cheese naan, cheese and onion kulcha.
