Retford Express is the central-Retford catch-all takeaway, occupying the corner unit on Coronation Street that previously housed the long-running USA Chicken and Pizzas operation — the limited company behind that earlier business dissolved in late 2011 and the kitchen has since reopened under the Retford Express name with the same hybrid menu format. The shop runs the now-classic UK fast-food range across collection and local delivery: pizzas in the usual sizes, fried chicken in pieces and meal-boxes, doner and shish kebabs, burgers, wraps, side-orders and a full sweets-and-desserts section.
