The burger board is assembled from parts rather than written out as a list. Beef, egg, bacon, mushroom, pineapple, donner and veggie bases, most in quarter or half pounder, are each offered plain, with chips, with cheese, or with cheese and chips, which is how a handful of recipes becomes sixty rows and tops out at the Mega Burger. Fish and chips is properly kept up though, with cod, small and large haddock, fish bites, a fish cake, a cheese and onion fryer and a spring roll, all single or with chips. Pizzas run seventeen recipes across ten and twelve inches, including a Tandoori and a Donner Feast, with calzones and garlic pizza breads alongside. Kebabs cover lamb, chicken and mixed donner in three sizes or loaded into a cob. Four pies, five jacket potatoes and a southern fried chicken counter fill the middle, and the desserts are pure fryer: battered Mars, battered Snickers, pineapple fritter with syrup.
