JJ's Cafe Malaysian Cuisine is one of the most distinctive takeaways on Heaton's food strip — run for over 23 years by JJ and Sundre, both from Malaysia, with Sundre cooking from her street-food background. The menu spans Malaysian, Singaporean, Thai, Chinese and South Indian Chettinad cuisines, with roti canai served with chicken, lamb or fish curry earning particular praise.
