About Jam Delish
Jam Delish is a vegan West Indian restaurant on Holloway Road, featured in Time Out's April 2026 guide to the best restaurants in Islington. The permanent site was opened by siblings Jordan and Chyna following a series of successful pop-ups. The kitchen is led by head chef Nathan Collymore, an alumnus of Jamie Oliver's acclaimed Fifteen restaurant, who brings a Bajan-Jamaican culinary heritage to the menu. Time Out describes the cooking as "a relatively unadorned amble through West Indian classics like jerk 'chicken', 'goat' curry, 'saltfish' tostones and 'beef' patties, all made with plant-based versions of meat."
The menu is entirely plant-based, reimagining the full flavour profile of Caribbean and West Indian street food and home cooking without the use of animal products. Everything from the jerk seasoning to the curry pastes is prepared in-house. A neighbourhood restaurant with personality and heart, run by a family team who care about their food and their community.
