Viet Garden is a Vietnamese restaurant on Liverpool Road in Islington, serving the fresh, herb-laden cuisine of Vietnam in a relaxed neighbourhood setting between Angel and Highbury and Islington stations. Vietnamese cooking is celebrated for its balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavours and its generous use of fresh herbs, rice noodles and slow-simmered broths.
