Mahal Indian Restaurant is a traditional Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant and takeaway in the Essex Road area of Islington — "mahal" meaning "palace" in Hindi/Urdu. Serving the local community with classic curry house cuisine for collection and delivery to N1 and the surrounding Angel / Canonbury area.

The menu covers tandoori starters and grills (chicken tikka, lamb tikka, sheek kebabs, mixed kebabs), all the classic curry house mains (korma, masala, jalfrezi, dansak, madras, vindaloo, bhuna, dupiaza, rogan josh, karahi, balti, pathia), house specials, biryanis, vegetable curries, rice, naan breads and set meals. Halal meat throughout. Open evenings daily.
