Liman Restaurant

Liman Restaurant is a highly acclaimed Turkish and Mediterranean restaurant on Penton Street in Angel, a six-minute walk from Angel tube station. The name means "port" in Turkish -- a metaphor for a welcoming harbour of great food. Opened by Berivan and Niyazi, who source key ingredients directly from Turkey including pistachios from Antep, dried rose petals, tart pomegranate molasses, sumac, local Turkish pepper flakes and dried apples.
