Firezza Islington

Firezza Islington is the Highbury Corner branch of Firezza, London's artisan Neapolitan pizza group, founded in 2003. Firezza uses traditional Neapolitan methods with 48-hour cold-fermented dough, San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella, cooked at high temperature in stone-based ovens for the characteristic leopard-charred crust. The Islington branch serves the Highbury Corner and Canonbury areas with delivery and collection.

The menu covers classic Neapolitan pizzas (Margherita, Diavola, Prosciutto) alongside Firezza house specialities: the popular Rocket and Parma with wild rocket, Parma ham and Grana Padano; the truffle-scented Tartufo; and seasonal specials. Calzone, white pizzas (without tomato) and gluten-free bases also available. Delivery available throughout the local area. Open daily.
