Patanjalis is an Indian takeaway at Audley Court in Thetford, a Breckland market town famous as the birthplace of Thomas Paine — whose pamphlet Rights of Man helped shape the American and French Revolutions. The name references the ancient Indian sage Patanjali, author of the Yoga Sutras, lending the kitchen a traditional and considered character.
