Taste Of Bangladesh Takeaway Menu

A dedicated gluten-free section of twenty-six dishes is unusual on a takeaway card, and this one is properly built out: korma, tikka masala and manchurian each written across chicken, duck, lamb, king prawn, vegetable and vegan vegetable, plus hot north Bengal garlic chilli baltis. The regional Bangladeshi cooking is the other reason to look closely. Shatkora citrus turns up with beef, duck, paneer and prawn; there is a Coxbazar fish special, a Noakhali mixed jalfrezi, Lalsag dishes built on red spinach, and a run of Tutul Bahar curries. Duck is carried right through, from tandoori duck and duck tikka biryani to salt and pepper duck balls in the Chinese section. Beyond that the menu keeps widening: Singapore chow mein, pizzas in three sizes, roast dinners, lasagne, jacket potatoes and a kids list.
