New Forturne Court

New Fortune Court was a Chinese takeaway on the western section of Gorgie Road, at the address now associated with So Rice. The kitchen covered the standard British-Chinese repertoire from a unit serving the Stenhouse and Saughton residential streets at the far western end of Gorgie. The western Gorgie Road stretch approaching Stenhouse has a smaller cluster of takeaway independents than the inner Gorgie parade, but Chinese restaurants have traded here consistently, with successor brands continuing to serve the same residential catchment.
