Javits Take Away

Javits Takeaway has been trading from West Granton Road since 2000, a family-run operation that has grown to become one of the most recognised fast-food venues on Edinburgh's north waterfront. The Granton branch was crowned Best Takeaway at the Mealzo 2025 Takeaway Awards, adding a competition win to its standing as the local go-to for fish and chips, wood-fired Italian pizzas and Turkish kebabs. The menu also covers burgers, chicken dishes and a range of sides. Javits runs its own ordering website alongside Deliveroo and Uber Eats, and also has a second branch at Wester Hailes. Google reviews across over eight hundred ratings average four out of five. The kitchen opens at half eleven in the morning Monday through Friday, and at half twelve on Saturdays; Sunday opens at half twelve and the shop trades through to half eleven at night daily.
